Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, please ensure that the following conditions are met:

  1. Item Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.

  2. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to initiate the refund process.

  3. Return Window: Refund request can be made within 7 days of purchase (within Nigeria only) and 14 days of purchase (outside Nigeria). Unfortunately, we cannot process refunds for requests made after this period.


Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are non-refundable. These include:

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
  • Gift Cards: Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.
  • Personalized or Custom Items: Items that have been personalized or custom-made according to your specifications are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund

Processing Your Refund

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7 business days (for those within Nigeria) and 14-28 business days (for those outside Nigeria). The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Processing Time: Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.
  • Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items with obvious signs of use, missing parts, or not in their original condition).

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same process outlined above for returns. We will process your exchange as soon as we receive the returned item and confirm its eligibility.


Damaged or Defective Items
